File and litigate Due Process Complaints at Due Process Hearings and appeals, and advise and represent elementary, secondary and post-secondary / higher education students in Office of Civil Rights (OCR) Complaints (evaluation, placement, implementation of IEPs and Section 504 Plans, provision of FAPE, discrimination, bullying, harassment, retaliation)
Advise and represent general education and special education students at disciplinary due process hearings for long-term suspension and expulsion, and represent students with IEPs and 504s at MDRs (Manifestation Determination Reviews)
Student discipline / academic integrity / code of conduct (hearings and appeals); grade appeals; residency; discrimination
Hardship appeals
Advise and represent students in Title IX claims and defenses
